We stand behind everything we make.

If something's wrong with your order — wrong size, defective print, damaged in shipping — we'll make it right. No hassle, no runaround.

What We Cover

  • Wrong size? We'll exchange it.
  • Defective print or stitching? We'll replace it.
  • Damaged in shipping? Send us a photo and we'll sort it.

What We Don't Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse (if you torch it at the fire pit, that's on you)
  • Final sale items (marked clearly at checkout)

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us at thom@hurtlockerapparel.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue 2. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps 3. For exchanges, we'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item back

Items must be unworn and unwashed for size exchanges. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
